2023 Sparkling Laura

A refreshingly delicate pale pink sparkling made predominately from Pinot Noir grapes.  Delightfully dry, sassy and crisp with aromas of cherry, nougat and shortbread. The palate is finely balanced with delicate red fruits and a creamy texture. A welcome addition to any celebration.
