Subtle lifted floral aromas of delicate honeysuckle and citrus blossom, elegant with juicy Meyer lemon juice and rind flavours and a  mouth filling dry finish.  Complex and fruity with wonderful natural crispness and lingering flavours on the finish.  Our Rieslings are brilliant with any Tasmanian seafood and is perfectly paired with fresh oysters or Blue-eye or Trumpeter.  This wine will age gracefully for 5 plus years or drink young as a fresh introduction to your meal.
