2018 Pinot Gris
With a beautiful light rose gold colour this wine is complex and fruity with a delicate pear aroma and quince and pear flavours. Crisp and clean finishing with softness from minimal old oak treatment adding to the texture.
Floral and fragrant with elderflower fruit aromas with overtones of Lychee and red apples. Spicy but not sweet with spice dominant on the palate and a very long, dry finish.

An amazing food wine this Pinot Gris has a great deal of fruit weight with a range of flavours from poached pear, apple and stone fruit. It has a citrus and vanilla oak nose with a balanced soft mouthfeel and a long finish. 100% French oak barrel fermented.
