Your details, unless otherwise specified by you, will not be used for any other purpose other than for the use of your club membership. We will use the details provided by you to process your membership wines only.
I authorise Milton Vineyard to debit my credit card with the cost of my wine deliveries each order period.
I understand that I will receive pre-delivery notification by email of upcoming shipments two weeks in advance at which time I can elect to defer or change my deliveries.
I understand that my selection of wines will be used as my preference for future deliveries and that vintages may become unavailable or roll onto the next vintage and that prices may change and this will show up on my order.
To retain my club membership and the benefits that go with it, I commit to purchasing the agree amount within the first year.
The wines I am purchasing are not for re-sale by a licensed person.
I am 18 years or older.
I accept that for delivery there must be a person 18 years or older present to sign.
Wine Club discounts will not apply in conjunction with other special offers unless specified.
Milton Vineyard will dispatch wine orders the next Wednesday after payment has been finalised. You will be kept informed if there is a significant delay in sending your order. All deliveries are via Australia Post eParcel service. Delivery takes 5-10 Working days after being dispatched.
