A stunning food wine with aromas of spiced apple tea cake and a tantalizing array of flavours from poached pear, apple, quince with a touch of ginger spice. A great deal of fruit weight creates a soft rounded mouth feel and an extended finish. Partially fermented in older french oak barriques, lees stirred and then aged for 4 months in oak giving exceptional length .
