Milton's 2008 Riesling has a bright clean palate with pale straw colour and fine lively flavours of lemon and lime. This white wine is an attractive, medium-bodied style that bears the citrussy hallmarks of Tasmanian Riesling.

The 2007 Riesling was the first vintage on our new site developed since 2000 at the homestead site on Milton. Vintage for 2007 was warm and sunny allowing for perfectly ripened fruit and optimum development of varietal flavours and aromas. This is balanced by the natural acidity found in Tasmanian grown Rieslings. This wine should age gracefully and remain fresh and aromatic for many years.

Serve with subtle Asian cuisine and fresh Tasmanian fish. Avoid over-chilling.
