A rich and complex wine of a yeasty vintage style with good length, persistent flavour & creamy texture, with a crisp dry finish.  It is noted for its fine bead,  persistent bubbles.   The nose is complex with honey and toasty yeast aromas.

This wine has spent three years on yeast lees.  This ensures a wine of great character.  Made from 50% Pinot Noir grapes and 50% Chardonnay grown on our Cranbrook block that was planted in 1992.  It was handpicked at optimum ripeness for premium sparkling wine and made in the traditional French method.

An elegant wine with a crisp dry finish to enjoy at any time but particularly with fresh Tasmanian seafood or natural oysters.
